Conventional oven:
1. Prep cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Remove tray from box and remove film.
2. Cook place tray on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and cook for 80-85 minutes.
3. Serve carefully remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
