Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup smooth Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 2 large resealable freezer bags
Method
Step 1
Combine maple syrup, mustard and tarragon in a bowl.Step 2
Add half of the mixture to each resealable bag.Step 3
Shake to coat chicken.Step 4
Refrigerate for at least one hour.Step 5
Remove chicken breasts from freezer bags, discard bags.Step 6
BBQ on medium, direct heat for 40 minutes, flipping chicken half way.
